My Approach

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy, tailoring the work to your needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. Together, we decide what is most helpful based on your goals, pace, and experiences.

I draw from solution-focused therapy, Internal Family Systems (parts work), inner child work, narrative therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This may include practical tools for change, exploring internal “parts,” understanding past experiences, or improving emotional and relational patterns.

At the core of my work is flexibility and collaboration, helping you build insight, clarity, and meaningful change in a way that fits you

Solution-Focused Therapy

This approach focuses on identifying what is already working and building practical steps toward change. The goal is to create forward movement, highlight strengths, and help you make meaningful progress without staying stuck in problems.

Narrative Therapy

Narrative therapy focuses on the stories you hold about yourself and your life. Together, we examine how these stories were formed and explore new ways of understanding your identity that feel more accurate and empowering.

Internal Family Systems (Parts Work)

IFS helps you understand the different “parts” of yourself that may hold different emotions, beliefs, or roles. Instead of judging these parts, we work to understand them so you can feel more balanced, grounded, and self-aware.

Inner Child Work

Inner child work explores earlier life experiences that may still influence how you think, feel, and relate today. This process can help bring understanding, compassion, and healing to younger parts of your emotional experience.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

EFT centers on emotions and relationships, helping you understand emotional patterns and strengthen connection with others. In couples work, it focuses on improving communication, building trust, and creating a more secure emotional bond.
